Last Updated: September 2026
This User Manual explains how customers can create an account, browse digital products, add funds to their wallet, make purchases, receive digital products and manage their orders on Quickvouchers.
1. About Quickvouchers
Quickvouchers is an online digital commerce platform operated by Agovenzi Limited.
The Website offers electronically delivered products, which may include:
- game activation keys;
- PC and console game codes;
- software licence keys;
- operating-system licences;
- office and productivity software licences;
- gift cards;
- digital wallet top-up codes;
- gaming credits;
- subscription codes;
- other digital products.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, products are delivered digitally and no physical shipment is required.
2. Creating a Customer Account
To use account-based features, customers may create an account through the My Account section of the Website.
During registration, customers may be required to provide:
- a valid email address;
- a secure password;
- other account information reasonably required by the Website.
Customers must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials secure.
After registration, customers can use the same account to access order history, wallet information, digital products and other account features made available by Quickvouchers.
3. Logging In
Existing customers can sign in from the My Account page using their registered email address and password.
Customers should not share their password or account credentials with another person. If unauthorised access is suspected, the customer should contact Quickvouchers support.
4. Browsing and Selecting Products
Customers can browse available digital products through the Shop, product categories or Website search and filtering features where available.
Before purchasing, customers should carefully review the product page, including:
- product name and description;
- platform compatibility;
- activation region or country restrictions;
- licence or subscription period;
- system or account requirements;
- price and selected currency;
- digital delivery information;
- activation instructions where provided.
Customers are responsible for selecting a product that is compatible with their platform, device, account and region.
5. Available Currencies
Quickvouchers allows customers to view prices and complete eligible transactions in supported currencies, which may include:
- EUR – Euro
- USD – United States Dollar
- GBP – British Pound Sterling
Customers may select an available currency through the currency selector provided on the Website.
The final currency and total amount displayed at checkout will be the amount submitted for payment.
If the customer's payment account is denominated in a different currency, their bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency conversion fees.
6. Adding a Product to the Cart
To purchase a product:
- Open the relevant product page.
- Review the product information and compatibility requirements.
- Select any required product option where applicable.
- Click the Add to Cart or available purchase button.
- Review the cart before continuing to checkout.
Customers should verify the selected product, price, region and platform before submitting payment.
7. Customer Wallet
Quickvouchers provides an account wallet feature that allows registered customers to maintain an available balance in their Quickvouchers account and use that balance for eligible purchases on the Website.
The wallet provides customers with a convenient way to fund future digital product purchases and use available account credit during checkout.
Wallet functionality may include:
- viewing the current wallet balance;
- adding funds to the wallet;
- using available wallet balance for eligible purchases;
- viewing wallet transaction history.
Wallet balance is intended for eligible transactions within the Quickvouchers platform. The wallet does not provide a customer-to-customer transfer function.
Wallet functionality must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, payment abuse or other prohibited purposes.
8. How to Add Funds to the Wallet
Where wallet top-up functionality is available, a registered customer may add funds through the My Wallet section of their account.
The usual process is:
- Log in to your Quickvouchers account.
- Open the My Wallet page.
- Select the available wallet top-up option.
- Enter or select the amount you wish to add.
- Select an available payment method.
- Review the amount and transaction details.
- Complete payment and any security verification requested by the payment provider.
After successful payment confirmation, the wallet balance will normally be updated automatically.
Wallet top-ups may be subject to payment verification, fraud prevention checks or other security procedures.
9. Using Wallet Balance to Make a Purchase
Where wallet payment is available for an order, customers may use their available wallet balance during checkout.
To pay using wallet balance:
- Log in to your Quickvouchers account.
- Add the desired product to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Review the product, order total and billing information.
- Select the available Wallet payment option.
- Review and accept the applicable Website policies.
- Confirm the order.
The wallet must contain sufficient eligible balance to cover the amount required by the checkout process.
Quickvouchers does not accept partial prepayments for product orders. The required purchase amount must be fully covered before the order can be completed and the digital product can be delivered.
10. Payment by Credit or Debit Card
Where card payment is available at checkout, customers may complete an order using an eligible credit or debit card.
The customer may be required to provide:
- billing name;
- billing address;
- country;
- payment details requested by the payment provider;
- additional verification information where required.
Because Quickvouchers supplies digital products, a physical shipping address is normally not required for product delivery.
Billing address information may still be requested for payment verification, fraud prevention, taxation, invoicing, regulatory requirements or card-issuer verification.
Card transactions may be subject to 3D Secure or other authentication requested by the customer's bank or payment provider.
11. Checkout Process
Before placing an order, customers should:
- review the selected products;
- confirm the product region and platform where applicable;
- confirm the final price and transaction currency;
- provide the required billing and account information;
- select one of the payment methods displayed at checkout;
- review the Terms & Conditions;
- review the Refund & Returns Policy;
- provide any required affirmative consent or acceptance;
- submit the order.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Depending on the available options, customers may pay using an eligible credit or debit card or their available Quickvouchers wallet balance.
Where required for immediately supplied digital content, customers may be asked to expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights may be affected once digital supply begins.
12. Payment Confirmation
Once payment has been successfully authorised, the customer will normally receive an order confirmation.
Certain transactions may require additional verification before the order is accepted or the digital product is released.
An order may be delayed or rejected where:
- payment is declined;
- payment is not fully authorised;
- fraud-prevention checks require additional review;
- account or billing information cannot be verified;
- the product is temporarily unavailable;
- the transaction presents a security or compliance concern.
13. Digital Product Delivery
After successful payment and any required verification, digital products may be delivered using one or more of the following methods:
- customer account;
- order confirmation page;
- email;
- secure digital download or fulfilment page.
Most products are delivered shortly after payment confirmation. Some orders may require additional supplier confirmation or security review.
No physical shipment is normally made because Quickvouchers supplies digitally delivered products.
14. Activating a Digital Product
Activation procedures vary depending on the selected product, publisher or platform.
Customers should:
- open the delivered digital key, licence or code;
- review the activation instructions associated with the product;
- sign in to the relevant publisher or platform account where required;
- enter the activation key or digital code in the appropriate redemption section;
- complete any publisher or platform verification steps.
Customers should not disclose delivered keys, licences or codes to unauthorised third parties.
15. Viewing Previous Orders
Registered customers may access available order information through the My Account section.
Depending on the product and Website functionality, the customer may be able to review:
- order number;
- order date;
- order status;
- payment status;
- purchased products;
- digital delivery information;
- wallet balance and transaction information.
16. Refunds and Delivery Problems
If a digital product is not delivered, is invalid, is duplicated or otherwise presents a qualifying issue, customers should contact Quickvouchers support.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- screenshots;
- activation error messages;
- other information reasonably required to investigate the issue.
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Refund & Returns Policy and consumer protection law.
17. Account and Transaction Security
Customers should:
- use a strong and unique password;
- keep account credentials confidential;
- use only authorised payment methods;
- review payment and wallet transactions regularly;
